I find special name for each day of the week and I go for what I named this day:
Monday is my "spa day" - I have old style spa at home.
Tuesday and Wednesday - home days.
Thursday - "party day", I buy small cake.
Friday " up all night" and no cooking.
Saturday and Sunday I do what I want...
