The rules for someone who is looking for a job (in my opinion of course).
I am training new employees now and here just a few of my ideas of how to get the job and keep it!
Very important - say "Hello" or "Hi" to everyone at the new work place. Smile!
1. Look like a peace of cake! - clean, nice and happy.
2. Listen and agree.
3. Do exactly what you told to do.
4. Be likable, always help.
5. If you don't understand something - ask.
6. Become a part of the team.
7. Get skills - like being accurate, clean dressed, doing excellent job, helping people - which you can use at any workplace.
Don't look at the job, at the hour pay, what other employees do - focus on how you can improve yourself, your skills, your knowledge.
Focus on how you can become your own boss!
