My Grandmother's memories about Second World War

Written from my Grandmother's name:

I remember small 1941 calendar, it was on the wall somewhere near the door. And it had big black numbers "1941" at the bottom...

When my uncle Ivan was leaving for the army in 1941, he came to our house, and I remember we all sat on some stools (it is Russian tradition to sit down before going somewhere)  and uncle Ivan was sitting further from the table. He looked so big to me, was still wearing his old jacket ("telogreika" in Russian).
My father said:"You just listen your commanders". And then my mother said:"Go Vanai".
Then Vania stood up, smiled, hugged my father, my mother and did shake my shoulders:"I am going to the war Irka!"
