Bread, cake, bagel.
Bacon, salami.
Cheese, yoghurt, fruits.

Between 10 am and 3 pm
Cooked food
Rice, potato, pasta
Vegetables
Meat
Fruit
Cheese

Between 3 - 6 pm
Fruits, but no sweet fruits/ apples,  grapes, oranges
Vegetables / carrots,  cucumber, broccoli
