How to get in shape - week1

Thanks you to my friend who punched my butt and said "You are fat" and my mom who asked me if I am planning to become a pig, I am on the week 1 my "cucumber, fish and water" plan. I am almost "green" myself, but I am 3 pounds lighter.  

All I had all this week was cucumber salads, fish, water and some croutons from my son's school. And a lot of jogging in the morning, at about 6 am.
