We are little bit foggy here. Fog is very good in natural, I don't know how to say, natural something, healing... The people who really know it, they call it help. I have never seen anyone now, who knows what the old women I've known used to do. It was really, just like saying "hi", smiling, without asking anything and going own way and the one they "touched" would go their own way and be fine. That the bottom of everything - be fine, healthy, happy:) The fog is very good, we used to pick up berries and grass only in the early morning, when it had water drops on it, especially hen was foggy, its like sky's steam. Just walking in the fog is good, and every morning wiping your face with moisture from the leaves, that what we used to do, touch the wet leaves with your face and smile. Smiling is very important too. My great grand mother would always smile, and she would tell some amazing story, would give me a candy... Every morning we were outside, doing something, even in rain we would pick rain water and she would cook with it.
