My older stepbrother returned from the army and for more than a year he didn't want to do anything, just stayed home, watch TV. One time I bought him flowers, so he would feel better and I put vase on top of the TV. He turned the TV on and it started to stink, I think the water got inside, it didn't work any more. My stepbrother was mad at me, but at least he had nothing else to do and he started to get outside.
