No sugar in my tea for a week...
I know, I might be a bitch,
At least sugar free.
Health talks always come out on Mondays,
I don't know sometimes what its all about.
May be because I have doctors and nurses
In five generations.
At age of 10 I read all the medical encyclopedia
Book 1 to 11.
So be healthy please, this is my forever request to all my friends.
Without good health and optimism
No one can do anything.
