When something is good - leave it alone (just thinking).
I am writing a resume for my friend. The best resume I have ever wrote was on 10 pages for one Russian woman who didn't even speak English well. I wrote it and when I looked at her, I knew her resume will not work with her look. She looked like a housewife without age wearing her husband old clothes. We changed her style completely, 100%, watched a few videos how to be confident. And she got the job. Than she went out with the boss and now I think they have 3 children.
