In Russia, the oldest lady I have ever met, she was 92, told me that the lavender makes wishes come true. You sniff it, touch, and if you find the little flower with 5 petals (usually its 4), eat it and make a wish. My 3 big wishes (so far) came true this way:) This lady who lived in our city, she was a friend of my great grand mother and she could touch just a hand and say: "Everything will be fine" and you would feel this way instantly, the happiness would just get to you. And she would always tell me: smile, smile, smile!
