I have seen many people just like me sometimes who cannot make a dessisdion, keep a word, change mind or cannot deside on anything.
This will be a story about a good Russian woman, my grandmotber' s great aunt who at age of 83 made a dessission that we remember now.
Imagine, 1941, a few days after the Second World War had started in the Soviet Union. My grand mother' s aunt and uncle moved to a small village in Seberia to help build a local hospital station. The father was an engineer and the mother was a nurse. They had four children and old grandmother. The grandmother was that 83 years woman, a loving, the best in the world grandma.
The war started and both parents went to the war.
And the grandmother and the four children crossed almost the entire country in the opposite way from most of people who were evacuating to Siberia, to unite with the relatieves who lived a few days from where the war was going on.
It took them 6 months to reach my great grand parents. Now it takes 2 weeks.
I don't know what this old lady was thinking, may be she thought that in a far away Siberian village they will not have a chance to live trough the war.
The grandmother was in Siberia only for a few years, only staying at home watching the children, but she managed to walk in the forest, took train, trucks, military machines, had no money, beg food, but still went where she decided to go.
Now those little children not just parents and grand parents, but they are all great grand parents.
